
The fully premixed low-nitrogen condensing steam generator uses stainless-steel finned economizers to preheat feedwater and produce high-temperature steam within one minute. With no need for a pressure vessel, it directly generates steam through surface-combustion radiant heating, achieving thermal efficiency up to 99%. The system features continuously variable output, compact size, and distributed installation capability.
Working Principle
Using continuous steam transmission technology, the unit maintains stable and uninterrupted steam supply with minimal heat loss. Fully premixed surface combustion provides strong radiant heat, enabling instant steam generation. Intelligent computer control allows easy switching between steam, hot-water supply, and heating modes.
Water-vapor separation recycles moisture to ensure saturated steam output. Stepless variable-speed heating automatically adjusts burner output based on system load, maintaining optimal efficiency.
